To Trust or Not to Trust

You confront the mysterious figure who introduces themself to you as “someone who would be killed if they revealed their identity to someone untrustworthy.” This seems suspicious to you, but you also acknowledge that they may have a valid excuse. You feel similarly about your own reasons for being in Xylian, as there is no way to know who to trust. If you trust them, you may find out more about Xylian and figure out how to get home. However, they may be lying to you entirely, and you may end up in more trouble than you hope for. There is no true way to know, so you must make a decision.
