Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have an allergy?

All allergies should all be noted in the “Tell Us More” section. This can be updated in the “My Account” page under the tab “Box Information”. We will do our best to ensure this allergen is not included in the products in your box.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. At this time, PayPal is not supported.

How can I change my billing or shipping address?

Visit the “My Account” page and Login. In the “Profile” tab, you can update both your addresses in the Shipping Information section.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds at this time.

When will you bill me?

You will be billed on the 16th of each month, after your order has been shipped out.

Delivery Terms

All first time orders will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date, and you can track your order once it ships using the attached shipping number. Bump Bites will ship from our distribution center on the 15th of every month. All orders placed after 1 pm on the 14th will be shipped the following month.
