The Gear Engraved Door

As you walk towards the gear-engraved door, the sound of ticking clocks grows louder and louder. When you reach the elegant doorknob, you begin to turn, only to hear the high-pitched sound of the rusted hinges. Opening this imposing door reveals a room full of clocks in all forms and shapes. Lining the walls are round clocks in various patterns and styles, as well as cuckoo clocks, which appear to be watching your every move. Along the floor-side are dozens of large grandfather clocks, all reading different times. While you were focused on the magnificence and intrigue of this small yet grand clock room, the gear-engraved door shut behind you. The moment you notice the room feels darker, you turn around only to see the door you came through vanish. Now the gentle tick of the clocks feels rather sinister. As you run towards the wall where the door once stood, you crash into an invisible barrier. You begin to panic. There must be an exit, right?
